A s a Pastor

Both inside and outside Loveland Church, ‘Pastor Chuck’ has become a leader known for seeking lasting solutions to problems and a better life for all—across the street and across the world.

Through Loveland Church, Chuck Singleton has trained and discipled both men and women in ministry—he is a pastor to pastors across the globe, ministering to sons and daughters in South America, Africa, and from coast to coast in the U.S.A. Loveland Church has three locations: Santa Monica, Victorville, and Rialto.

As a Keynote Speaker

As a keynote speaker, Pastor Chuck has addressed numerous groups, ranging from governmental agencies to colleges and universities throughout the country, including Morehouse, Clark, the University of Texas, the University of Tennessee, the University of Georgia, UCLA, Southern Methodist University (SMU), Georgetown University, the University of Illinois, to name a few.

He has been a featured speaker for the Evangelical Press Association, the National Evangelical Association, the National Baptist Convention, the Progressive Baptist Convention, the California Full Gospel Baptist Convention, Rainbow/PUSH events, and the Western African Pastors Conference in Senegal, West Africa. He has served as a chaplain for the Los Angeles Dodgers, the California Angels, the Oakland Raiders, and the Christian Entertainers Fellowship.

As a People’s Advocate

In 1992, Chuck Singleton began his activist work, which focused on slavery in the Sudan. He established COMPAS (Congress on Modern Pan African Slavery) to combat chattel slavery and other human rights issues throughout the world. COMPAS is known as “The LAZER MOVEMENT.”

Now, Pastor Chuck is a founder and President of Kaleidoscope World, a new international coalition of faith leaders, civil rights advocates, and community organizations, which announced its formation this week with the goal of addressing global inequality and promoting social justice through a framework based on shared moral and spiritual values.

The Messenger and His Message… “Max-Life”

Chuck Singleton’s national and international preaching and teaching emphasize the biblically based “Max-Life” message, “… walking with Jesus as a spiritually fit, mentally fit, and physically fit believer.” Paster Chuck explains, “Max-Life is about developing all three parts of the ‘Tri-Fit’ being to the ‘Max’ … to the glory of God!”.

Scholarship and Athlete

Chuck Singleton, Th.D., completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University, earning a dual major in religion and history. His graduate studies were completed at Cincinnati Graduate Seminary and Luther Rice Seminary.

Dr. Singleton served on the Board of Trustees of the prestigious Claremont Graduate School of Theology. He has served in similar posts at California State Universities and Azusa Pacific University. He also serves on the Senior Advisory Council of the TransAtlantic Roundtable on Religion and Race (TRRR). A fitness enthusiast, he has run marathons for the past 20 years.

Son and Family Man

The son of Dr. Isaac and Mrs. Pearl Singleton of Joliet, Illinois, Pastor Chuck resides in Upland, California, is married to the lovely Charlyn Michelle Singleton, and is the proud father of four sons: Chuck II, Christopher, Corey, and Carey.
